Information Collection and Use
To use the Services (or to provide a better experience while using the Services), we may ask you to provide us with certain information, including your full name, phone number, and postal address. Also, your contributions through one BetMaps platform will typically be similarly visible and accessible through all other BetMaps platforms.

We may utilize third-party service providers for the following reasons: to facilitate the Services, to provide the Services on our behalf, to perform Websites-related services and Apps-related services, and to assist us in analyzing how the Websites and the Apps are used. To perform the tasks assigned to these third parties, they may have access to your information provided in connection with the Services. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

If you access the Services through the use of a third-party service or use the Services in connection with your account with a third-party service, we may receive your information from such third-party service. If you post content to a third-party service in connection with the Services, such third-party service will also receive such content (which may be viewed by anyone who has access to it through such third-party service).
We value your trust in providing your personal information to us and, therefore, strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, because no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure and reliable, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Individuals Under 21 Years of Age
Only individuals who are at least 21 years of age are permitted to use the Services. Therefore, we do not knowingly collect information from individuals who have not reached 21 years of age (including children under 13 years of age). In the event that we discover that an individual under 21 years of age (including children under 13 years of age) has provided us with information, we will have this information deleted. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with information, please contact us so that we can have this information deleted.
Only individuals who are residents of the United States are permitted to use the Services. Therefore, we do not knowingly collect information from individuals who reside outside the United States (including individuals who are residents of the European Economic Area). In the event that we discover that an individual who resides outside the United States (including an individual who is a resident of the European Economic Area) has provided us with information, we will have this information deleted. If you reside outside the United States (including in the European Economic Area) and have provided us with information, please contact us so that we can have this information deleted.
California residents may be entitled to ask us for a notice which describes what categories of personal information (if any) that we share with third parties for direct marketing. If you are a California resident and would like a copy of this notice, please send a written request to us.
